Social Work Fellowship 

The Concord Center Training Program is seeking a full-time supervised social worker to join an expanding group therapy practice in Concord, MA, starting September 2026.  The fellowship is a two-year clinical training opportunity. The social work fellows will be a part of our 2026-27 training cohort- made up of a small group of doctoral students and recent MSW graduates. 

The Concord Center specializes in evidence-based treatments for mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, personality disorders, and related emotion dysregulation in children, adolescents, and young adults. Individual and group therapy services are provided using evidence-based modalities, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others.

Qualifications:  

  • Graduate degree (MSW) by Summer 2026 with eligibility for LCSW in the coming months
  • Training in evidence-based treatment with children/adolescents—e.g., cognitive behavior therapy, exposure and response prevention, parent child interaction therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing 
  • Experience using these treatments to address anxiety disorders (social anxiety, GAD, panic disorder, specific phobias), OCD, and/or related mood disorders 
  • Experience providing clinical care to children and/or adolescents, along with adults 
  • Enthusiasm for continuing to in-depth learning about various empirical treatment modalities
