Yes. Families are welcome to apply for a reduced fee. If interested, we ask that families submit documentation regarding their household size and annual income. That information is then used to calculate the reduced rate. This is done to ensure that rates are decided equitably.

The Concord Center does not contract with any insurance companies. Some insurance plans (i.e., PPO plans) offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. To determine what out-of-network coverage you have, you can contact your insurance company directly. We will provide you with a detailed receipt with the necessary diagnostic and billing codes to submit for out-of-network benefits.

At The Concord Center, we are dedicated to supporting individuals and families through every stage of life. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to providing evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each client.

The first therapy session typically focuses on understanding your background, current challenges, and goals for treatment. You’ll work with a clinician who provides personalized, evidence-based care designed to help you make meaningful progress.

The duration of therapy varies depending on each person’s needs and goals. Some individuals benefit from short‑term counseling while others continue therapy longer for ongoing support.

Our providers use evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other methods designed to support mental health and emotional growth.
