
Dr. Kesley Ramsey is a licensed psychologist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families experiencing anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), obsessive-compulsive related disorders (OCRDs), and Tourette/tic disorders. She has experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams (psychiatrists, neurologists, physicians, school personnel) to support youth and their families. Dr. Ramsey has expertise in delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure with response prevention (e/rp), the Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), and mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions.
Dr. Ramsey earned her PhD in clinical psychology from The Catholic University of America, with a concentration in Children, Families, and Cultures, where she trained in hospital-based, school, and community outpatient settings. She completed her clinical research fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine at The Center for OCD, Anxiety, and Related Disorders for Children (COACH). Prior to joining The Concord Center, she served as a clinical psychologist at Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD. In addition to her work at The Concord Center, Dr. Ramsey also currently serves as faculty at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, contributing to clinical research investigating interventions for individuals with tic disorders, anxiety, and OCD.
