Who This Program Helps

- Adolescents (ages 11–18) who have moderate-to-severe anxiety or OCD symptoms and haven’t seen enough progress with weekly therapy or are stepping down from more intensive treatments.
- Parents who want dedicated coaching and support. We help parents learn effective strategies and practice real-life exercises designed to reduce their child’s anxiety, at home, school, or in the community.
- Adults (18+) experiencing moderate-to-severe anxiety or OCD who require focused, intensive therapy to make meaningful progress quickly.

Unlike traditional weekly therapy, we offer intensive, personalized care. You’ll work closely with therapists who specialize in proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Plus, our parent coaching and optional psychiatric consultations ensure you have all the support you need from every angle, making your path forward clearer and more achievable.
Program Structure
Stage 1: Evaluation
- Complete the inquiry form to begin the evaluation process.
- Speak with a program screener to learn more about the program.
- Undergo a diagnostic interview and questionnaires to understand your specific needs.
- Participate in a personalized feedback meeting confirming if the program is right for you.
Stage 2: Intensive Treatment (4-8 Weeks)
- Adolescents: 2 individual therapy sessions (50 mins each) + 1 ERP session (80 mins) weekly, plus 2 parent coaching sessions (50 mins each) weekly.
- Adults: Two weekly sessions of intensive ERP therapy (80 mins each).
- Additional weeks available as needed, based on your progress.
Stage 3: Transition & Aftercare
- Recommendations provided for continued care, usually transitioning to weekly CBT.
- We provide documentation to your next therapist for a smooth transition.
