
Dr. Jonah Kildon is a post-doctoral fellow who specializes in cognitive and behavioral therapies for adolescents and young adults. He has worked with a broad range of individuals experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, OCD, insomnia, depression, self-harm behaviors, and ADHD. Dr. Kildon is trained in several evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Dr. Kildon graduated from Tufts University with a BA in clinical psychology and an additional major in Child Studies and Human Development. He received his doctoral degree in clinical psychology from William James College. During his graduate studies, Dr. Kildon obtained specialty training in OCD and anxiety disorder treatment at McLean Hospital’s OCD Institute and the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program. He also has neuropsychological training from the Bedford VA hospital. Dr. Kildon then completed his pre-doctoral internship at the Kaiser Permanente East Bay Medical Center in Oakland, California.
