Morgan Styren

Morgan Styren, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy for adolescents and young adults. Dr. Styren has extensive experience supporting individuals navigating generalized anxiety, social anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, self-harm behaviors, complex family dynamics, and challenges faced by LGBTQ+ youth.

Dr. Styren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut, and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College. Dr. Styren is trained in several evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and the Unified Protocol (UP). Through training in school settings, partial hospitalization programs, residential treatment centers, and outpatient care, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs across various levels of care.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Styren enjoys watching documentaries (true crime or adventure docs are a favorite!), experimenting with arts and crafts, thrifting, propagating houseplants, and spending time with her two cats.
